London public relations counsel and services
She worked for the National Underwriter for 18 years, including 11 years in London as the magazine’s first International Editor and Reinsurance Editor, covering topics ranging from Lloyd’s of London and the London and Bermudan insurance markets to risk management, the brokerage industry and the impact of various natural and man-made catastrophes.
In 2003, she moved to GE Insurance Solutions, where she formed a unit that promoted thought leadership in the insurance industry.
Since 2007, has worked as a consultant and communications specialist in the insurance and banking industries. She writes speeches, conducts research, analyzes survey results, and provides content for internal and external communications projects.

Fraser Seitel has counseled hundreds of executives over four decades in all aspects of communications work. PR Week magazine named Mr. Seitel one of the “100 Most Distinguished Public Relations Professionals of the 20th Century.”
He managed communications at The Chase Manhattan Bank for over two decades. As Chase’s director of public affairs and senior vice president, he was responsible for all aspects of Chase’s international financial communications. He personally counseled three generations of Chase chairmen: David Rockefeller, Willard C. Butcher and Thomas G. Labrecque.
An adjunct professor at New York University, he is the author of the widely used textbook The Practice of Public Relations, now in its 12th edition. In addition, he is a frequent contributor to cable television, including Fox News Channel, MSNBC, CNBC and CNN.
Andrew Edson founded Andrew Edson & Associates, Inc. in 1996 and serves as its president. Previously, he was president and chief operating officer of a leading investor relations consultancy in New York, managing partner of a top-30 national public relations firm, founder and secretary of The Worldcom Group, the largest consortium of independent PR firms in the world, and former public affairs manager for Citicorp.

John Novaria is a senior communications counselor whose passion for issues has earned recognition from his peers and business leaders. He has extensive experience building communication strategies, advising executives and securing winning outcomes in best-in-class organizations such as GE, Raytheon and Swiss Re.
His clients have included AIG, the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles and Silicon Valley, Dun & Bradstreet, HNTB Corporation, Lockton Companies and the Surplus Line Association of California.

Frank James’ professional experience includes nearly 30 years of design and corporate communication expertise focused on the business-to-business marketplace.
